Property & Facility Management

The Mission of the Office of Property and Facility Management is to ensure that all diocesan properties are properly maintained so as to provide safe, sound and attractive facilities for all who work in or visit them. This office oversees the daily operation of the Spalding Pastoral Center and several other diocesan properties in Peoria. We are a resource for all diocesan entities with regard to equipment purchases, maintenance, restoration, and construction projects.
